This website started from an outpouring of grief while trying to make sense of the world with my fragmented mind after being forever altered by Loss after Major Loss // This site and my growing practices have been tools to help piece together my sense of self on the way to embodying my own being .. Just as life and being human is a mess and always in flux, so am i and is this space, too.
